Registration confirmation

A confirmation letter will be sent well in advance of the congress, stating booked events, hotel accommodation and details of payment status. This letter must be presented at the registration desk.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Congress Secretariat. If received before 31 August 2005 all registration fees will be refunded except for a cancellation charge of 25 USD. No refunds will be made after 01 September 2005.

Registration desk

The registration desk at Gyeongju Hilton Hotel will be open on 16:00-18:00, Sunday, 25 September and 09:00-15:00, Monday, 26 September 2005. We accept cash or bank check only for on-site registration fee payment.
