At first, you have to register to the website to get id and password. Once registered, you may log in to the Author Login. Put the title of your manuscript. Then, you will be asked to choose the type of submission. At the bottom, you will find the 9th Symposium. And then follow the instruction.

The deadline to submission is 20 October 2005.
We hope that all of you submit your manuscript presented at the Symposium.
We will try to publish manuscripts as many as possible if they pass the peer-review process.
